Development and optimization of organizational structure
Organizational structure and the employee list in a growing business are usually developed due to current situation inside the organization. Departments are formed when it becomes inevitable; functions, job positions and budgets, are changed spontaneously, forced by emergency or personal influence of individual managers. Responsibility is given to either those who want it, or cannot resist accepting it. These factors reduce business profits as tasks intersect, responsibility is not clearly assigned, and departments have non-optimal sizes.
Working groups and trainings
We have invented and fine-tuned a new educational format similar to one used by MBA programs. The main idea of the new format is working on a particular case (or cases), instead of working with abstract theory in training classes. The theory is communicated in brief; then all participants work jointly on the problem. The coach actively moderates the work in order to achieve the best result for business, i.e., decisions, drafts of regulations and crisis diagnostics. As a result of such seminars or training courses, participants do not only gain new knowledge or practical skills, but also learn about ready-made solutions for particular problems.
